  Happy Spring!
The trees are beginning to bud, the sun is shining longer and the flowers are peeking up through the earth. It is a slow progression into Spring as we begin to shed our winter skin and look forward to life outside our coccoons.
This is the perfect time of year to exfoliate and rejuvenate. Our skin is in need of attention, our toes will soon be adorned with sandals and our spirits are in dire need of replenishment. It is time to listen to your inner voice; to listen to your body and to treat your soul to all that has been lacking.
