ARRIVALS Arrive about 15 minutes earlier than your appointment time so that you can relax and enjoy our sitting room. If it is your first visit, allow extra time to fill out paperwork.
CANCELLATIONS Please honor our staff by notifying us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge of 50% of scheduled service price.
CELL PHONES In an effort to promote a truly relaxing experience, we ask that cell phones be turned off upon entering the spa.
CHILDREN Do not bring children, if possible. The spa is a sanctuary for rest and relaxation. Make arrangements for a babysitter so that you may experience all that our spa has to offer.
VALUABLES Please refrain from bringing valuables into the spa. The spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
METHODS OF PAYMENT Cash, checks and all major credit cards are acceptable forms of payment. There is a $25 charge for all returned checks.
GRATUITIES Gratuities are not included in the price of services. The industry average is 15-20%.
SPA PARTIES We are able to provide as many as nine services at one time. Appetizers and beverages are provided. Because of scheduling needs, please book parties well in advance. Any change in services or times must be made no later than four days before party date. Parties of five or more will be charged 15% gratuity.
MEDICAL CONDITIONS If you have any type of medical condition, please be sure to mention it when booking an appointment. Certain treatments may not be advisable.
DRAPING Draping is always used during massage. The therapist uncovers only the area being treated to ensure complete privacy and a respectful boundary.
